Upgraded my gear as much as I could without raiding now, replaced a few enchants with more raiding-ish enchants, gotten the Darkmoon card: Crusade (Or at least the deck), collected mats for soulfrost which will be put on the Gladiator s2 mace once I get it, and have collected enough herbs/pots/money to last me a life-time of raiding :)
Got Girdle of ruination made just now, not a big upgrade, but an upgrade non-the-less :)

Not to mention enough enchanting mats/blue gems to supply an army with only the best :P


Oh and, I've studied (read: Watched movies, read strategies) every boss you've killed that I have yet to try, so should have the basics down :)
