What is your usual play time?: IF you are DPS class, what is your usual dps in 25man: 3000 - 4500 +
Got Ventrilo and working sound so you can actually listen to what is said?: Yes i dont realy talk unless peaple are speaking to me or if its to do with a raid 
Got enough money to respec and willing to do it? Yep i always switch with Resto & elemental to help others.

Why do you want to join us?: Havnt been in a serious raiding guild for a while, you guys seem pretty friendly / fun to raid with .

Raid times are all fine to me i have my own computor so no set times, i can stay raiding all night if i must i dont leave half way through, i always bring flasks to raids & on time Also i am not a loot whore ^^

I just speced resto, not gonna be using it for raids for a while, just for randoms realy still gearing it + getting skilled as resto
